Domestic Shipping

We offer several UPS shipping options for delivery within the United States: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air. 

International Shipping

We currently do not accept international orders.

In-Store Pick Up

Orders requesting in-store pickup will be notified by phone when the item is ready. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days, or a 10% restocking fee is charged. 

Backorders

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back-ordered. If this should occur on an order with multiple items, we may split the shipment. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

Prices and Information

We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and information in our online catalog. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an email.  

Returns

Pedal Forward Bikes & Adventure will accept returns within 7 days of original purchase date.

• Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included (items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are not eligible for return).
• Bicycles may be returned for store credit only or exchanged (re-stocking fee may apply).
• No returns on “Special Order” items.
• All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.  
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
• Shipping and Assembly fees are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
